To help you stay focused and navigate large amounts of data efficiently, the platform offers a robust and flexible filtering system. Accessible via the Filter button at the top of your view, this feature enables you to precisely tailor the content to your needs.
🧩 Quick filter actions #
Clicking on the Filter dropdown menu reveals three key options:
- Custom Filter
Opens a detailed sidebar where you can apply multiple filter dimensions in combination. Perfect for narrowing down data according to very specific needs. - Clear Filter
Instantly removes all applied filters and resets your view to the default state. - Manage Filters
Redirects you to the Settings section, where you can manage your saved filters in detail (see below)
Custom Filter – precision filtering made simple #
By clicking Custom Filter, you open a powerful filtering panel that allows you to fine-tune your content selection. The available categories are grouped logically and cover all relevant metadata:
- ✅ My Filters – use your saved, reusable filter presets
- 📬 Subscriptions – filter based on subscribed content
- ⏱️ Time Period – limit results to a custom date range
- 🔍 Search Topics / Keywords – include or exclude certain topics
- 📑 Status / Labels / Proofread – operational filters for content tagging and verification
- 🌍 Language / Country – filter by content language or geographical origin
- 😊 Sentiment – segment based on tone (positive/neutral/negative)
- 📰 Media Info – narrow down by media name, channel or type
- ✍️ Author – filter by specific journalist or author
- 📊 Reach – filter based on media or post reach
Once you have made your selections, just hit Apply to instantly filter your view. You can also Clear all, Cancel or fine-tune your settings before applying.
Manage Filters – organise and optimise your presets #
Need more control over your filters? Click Manage Filters to enter the filter settings area. This is your command centre for everything related to saved filters:
- 🗂️ View all saved filters – easily browse and review your existing filters
- ✏️ Edit filters – modify names, conditions and visibility settings
- ➕ Create new filters – build reusable filters with full logic and conditions
- 🗑️ Delete – remove outdated or unused filters
- 📌 Default filters – set filters to load by default on specific views
This functionality is especially helpful for teams or users managing recurring workflows and needing consistency across reports or dashboards.
