The “Move to” feature allows users to organise items by assigning them to specific labels. This is helpful for keeping track of various topics, campaigns or categories. Here’s how to use it:
- Select an item you want to organise (e.g. a newsfeed or mailing).
- Click the “Move to” icon at the top of the interface.
- A dropdown menu will appear with a search bar and a list of available labels:
- 🗂️ Price reductions
- 📥 Inbox
- ⭐ Favourites
- 🗑️ Recycle bin
- You can:
- select an existing label to move the item to that category
- use the search bar to quickly find a label
- click “+ Create New Label” at the bottom to make a custom label
Once selected, the item will automatically be moved to the corresponding label folder. This helps streamline content organisation and improves workflow visibility.
