Overview: this section provides a central overview of all your prepared, planned and sent content within the Sendings module. It helps you efficiently manage, edit or optimise your communications, ensuring a clear overview of all scheduled items, favourites and drafts. You can watch the video below for a visual walkthrough – or scroll down for a detailed explanation in text form.
1. Find your sendings overview #
In the left navigation panel, you will find the Send menu item (screenshot: Sendings module left sidebar – Send section).
If the menu is collapsed, expand it using the small arrow (˅) next to Send to reveal its subsections:
- Planner: see all upcoming and scheduled sendings.
- Favourites: quickly access sendings you have marked as favourites.
- Drafts: view all unfinalised or paused communications.

2. Planner – Manage Scheduled Sendings #
In the Planner view (screenshot: Planner list view), you will find key information for each sending:
- Newsfeed title
- Planned send date and time
- Number of recipients
- Current status (e.g. planned)

Even after scheduling, sendings remain editable until dispatched. This means you can:
- add or remove articles;
- update texts or images;
- adjust the recipient list;
- mark items as favourites;
- duplicate or delete content.
This flexibility is especially helpful for last-minute updates.
1.1 Calendar and week filter
In the upper area of the Planner, you will find a calendar view that helps you navigate through weeks and months (screenshot: Planner calendar view).
- Use the arrows to jump to the next or previous week.
- Use the Filter Week function (if available) to display only specific recipient groups or topics, for example.

1.2 Detail view: preview, summary & recipients
Clicking on a planned sending (in the list view) opens a detail view on the right side of the screen (screenshot: Planner item detail view). You can use this to:
- view the content in a preview;
- automatically generate or manually compose a summary;
- review the recipient list;
- leave comments or receive feedback.

Tip: if you manage a lot of content, automatic summarisation greatly facilitates quick retrieval and understanding of content.
Timely context and planning security #
Your planned content appears embedded in a chronological weekly view within the Planner. This is particularly useful when coordinating multiple campaigns or if you want to address different target groups over several days.
1.4 Editing functions in the three-dots menu
Various actions are available to you via the three-dots menu (…) next to each sending in the list (screenshot: Planned sending – top editing actions) and in the top-right corner of an opened sending’s detail view (screenshot: Opened sending – top editing actions):
- Edit Configuration: opens the sending for the adjustment of the text, layout or recipients.
- Send Now: dispatches the planned sending immediately.
- Change Schedule: allows the adjustment of the dispatch date and time.
- Duplicate: creates an identical copy, for example for a new target audience.
- Set as favourite/Remove from favourites: for quick access.
- Delete: removes the entry (for drafts and not-yet-dispatched content only).

These functions help you efficiently control your content – even when short-term changes are necessary.
3. Favourites – access your favourite sendings #
Under the sub-item Favourites (screenshot: Favourites list view), you will find all the sendings that you have marked as favourites. This is particularly useful if you regularly reuse certain content or need quick access – such as monthly newsletters, event announcements or templates.

How to mark an item as a favourite: click the three-dots menu (…) on the desired sending and select Set as Favourite. The item will then appear in the Favourites section and remain available there at any time – regardless of its status (planned, draft, etc.).
4. Drafts – continue working on drafts #
In the Drafts section (screenshot: Drafts list view), you will find all content that has been created but not yet planned or dispatched. These drafts are ideal for preparing content at your leisure, coordinating internally or finalising step by step. You can at any time:
- edit texts and attachments;
- add or change recipients;
- convert the draft into a planned sending;
- delete content if it is no longer needed.

Tip: as soon as a draft is planned, it automatically disappears from the Drafts section and appears in the overview of planned sendings under Send.
5. Conclusion #
The Send section offers you full control over your planned content – from creation and planning to editing just before dispatch. With just a few clicks, content can be duplicated, adjusted or moved. Thanks to the calendar and detail view, you always maintain an overview of your communication planning.
