The Home module serves as your personalised entry point into the platform. Upon login, you are welcomed with a tailored greeting including your name and initials as well as the current date.
Monitoring Overview #
This central dashboard section provides a snapshot of the latest monitoring activity:
- # of new Articles: shows the number of newly identified articles. A quick link (View Articles) allows direct navigation to the full article list.
- # of Articles graph: a time-based graph displays the distribution of articles across different channels, such as print, online, TV, radio, social media and RSS feeds.
- Sentiment by Reach: a sentiment breakdown shows how articles are categorised based on their tone:
- 🟩 Positive
- 🟥 Negative
- 🟧 Neutral
- 🟦 Ambivalent
Filters #
In the top-right corner of the Monitoring Overview, you can apply a time-based filter to customise the displayed data:
- Last 24 hours
- This Week
- This Month
- This Year
This allows you to adjust the reporting scope according to your needs and gain insights over different time periods. When selected, all graphs and metrics in the overview adapt instantly to reflect the chosen timeframe.
